Bob has over 25 years experience in Product Line and General Management and as a successful corporate executive. His experience includes 19 Years in VP & General Management roles in businesses with revenue in excess of $12M annually, 6 Years as a Product Manager serving Chemical Industry for Fortune 50 companies. He is currently a Vice President for one of the top Thick Film Heater companies in the world with P&L responsibility for its highly successful division. In previous roles, Bob has direct experience in start-up and turn-around management for niche and mainstream product and service companies. His international experience extends to Canada, Mexico and Europe.

Bob has a MBA from the Baldwin Wallace College and a BS in Engineering from the University of Akron. He is married to his wife, Joan and has 2 grown children. Bob makes his home in Erie, Pennsylvania.
