Kevin has almost 30 years of management experience, with the last 25 years in the field of Human Resources. His most recent corporate assignment was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Transamerica Finance Corporation. He has held senior level positions at The Travelers Insurance Companies, USF&G, First Nationwide Mortgage Corporations, and Paradigm Alliance Group covering all aspects of Human Resource management, facilities, administration and training. In addition to financial services, he has consulted for both manufacturing and non-profit organizations in the areas of organization design, strategic alignment and talent assessment.

Kevin has a Masters degree from the University of Hartford in Organizational Behavior, and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. He contributes in his community as an active member in his church and various civic organizations. He and his wife Jean have 4 grown children and make their home in Naples, Florida.
