Tim matches entrepreneurial instincts with finely tuned technical marketing skills acquired over 20 years of product development, brand marketing, and general management experience. Helping Pioneer Worldwide grow from a small business with fewer than 100 employees and less than $3 million in sales to a multi-national corporation with more than 1200 employees, Tim has built comprehensive marketing programs and product lines in the value-added gift, social expressions, and floral industries for large retailers including Toys R Us, Party City, and Wal-Mart and thousands of smaller independent retailers. Tim has broad experience in international market development, multi-tiered distribution systems, sales management processes, and integrated marketing programs.

Tim earned his MBA from the Executive Master's Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business and a BA in Economics from Yale University. One of the first 1000 professionals to earn the Professional Certified Marketer designation from the American Marketing Association, Tim is an avid reader and passionate student of complexity theory, history of mathematics, and the principles and elements of design. Tim and his wife Lauren currently reside in Kansas City, Missouri.
