Larry White is a seasoned people-oriented executive who for the last 7 years has found his passion in the world of reengineering sales processes by deploying his 25+ years of corporate executive experience alongside clients who are looking for results and a partner with whom they can collaborate. Larry has delivered results in a variety of hands on advisory roles such as: revitalizing sales process, strategy development to grow top-line, marketing mix review and strategy, organization re-design, customer service improvement, and change management. Larry has successfully led client teams to sequential improvement in top line revenue, gross profit and higher customer service. Larry spends 50% of his time with his wonderful (and understanding) wife in St. Petersburg Florida and the other 50% inside a plane or at client sites.
